U.S. Air Force - Air Mobility Command (AMC)
The Commander, Air Mobility Command set a command wide objective to: “Within 5 Years, Create a Self-Sustaining Continuous Improvement Culture throughout Air Mobility Command.” This complex, Command-wide initiative affected 136,000 military and civilian personnel throughout Head Quarters Air Mobility Command, Tactical Airlift Control Center, the 18th Air Force and sixteen (16) supporting domestic and international operating locations in the European and Pacific en-routes.
U.S. Air Force – Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC)
Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) is responsible for developing and reviewing and delivering updated AFRC Maintenance Seasoning Training Plans (STP) once a year. MainStream was engaged to analyze/reduce total days and man hours developing and reviewing STPs, along with improving on time delivery of STPs.
